You are welcome to book a room in the conference hotel Maritim Hotel Würzburg as part of the registration procedure. Information about the interior of the available rooms can be found at the hotel website.
Please note that the conference hotel has restricted room capacity. If you are interested in a room at the Maritim Hotel, please contact us and we will do the booking for you. Invited speakers have their rooms automatically reserved at the conference hotel.

Booking Procedure
Payment of the hotel room will be performed at the hotel upon check out. Your booking is confirmed once you have received both the confirmation and the invoice by email. If you require a specific company address on your invoice, please let the hotel know at the time of booking. Once the invoice has been processed, they are not able to change it.
Please note: We have not authorized any third party company (travel organization, hotel, call center, etc.) for making room reservations, shuttle services, etc. for you. Should you be contacted by someone claiming to represent the conference organizer, please verify directly with us: ct.qmat22@uni-wuerzburg.de. It most likely is a scam!
Directions
By car:
From the A3 take the exit "Rottendorf" and follow the B8 to Wuerzburg. At the traffic light in Wuerzburg take the lane into the Centre. Right after the gas stations, make sure to keep to the left. At the roundabout, take the second exit, towards the train station / Congress-Centrum. Keep straight on until the exit to the Congress-Centrum comes to the left. Take this exit and you will immediately see the parking garage.
From the A7 take the exit "Estenfeld" and follow the B19 to Wuerzburg (ca. 7 km). Get in the right-hand lane before the Wuerzburg place name sign and continue straight on towards the Centre. Right after the gas stations, make sure to keep to the left. At the roundabout, take the second exit, towards the train station / Congress-Centrum. Keep straight on until the exit to the Congress-Centrum comes to the left. Take this exit and you will immediately see the parking garage.
By plane:
Frankfurt Airport: Take the ICE train from Frankfurt Airport long distance train station to Würzburg central station (Hbf) (1.5h)
Nürnberg Airport: Take the U2 to Nürnberg central station (Hbf). From there take the ICE train to Würzburg central station (Hbf) (1.5h)
Munich Airport: Take the Metro (S1 or S8) to Munich central central station (Hbf). From there take the ICE train to Würzburg central station (Hbf) (3h)
By train:

From there take the tram (lines 2,4) to "Congress-Centrum".
Inner city:
The best way to get around in the inner city of Wuerzburg is usually by walking or by taking the tram. To get from the inner city (southeast of the conference venue) to the conference venue by tram, take one of the lines 2 or 4 (direction: "Zellerau") and exit at the stop "Congress-Centrum". From there it is a 2 minute walk to the Maritim Hotel.
